The Future of Recruitment Blab: Sourcing
Last week I joined and to talk about sourcing on the Future of Recruitment blab. While the sound of my own voice is something I find horribly irritating (which isn’t all that uncommon), I thought maybe you could find it useful :)
We’ve covered the basic aspects of sourcing, such as why you would want to make it a part of your recruitment strategy and how to stay up to date with sourcing techniques. We discussed some of the platforms you can use for sourcing and tools that will help you increase your productivity as a sourcer.
